Economic Development Director – City of Painesville, Ohio

The City of Painesville, OH (pop. 20,360) is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Economic Development Director. This position is integral to the development of Painesville and works closely with the City Manager to facilitate residential, commercial and industrial development using a strategic approach. The position is responsible for planning, coordinating and tracking all economic development activities within the City.  Includes carrying out community business promotions, site marketing, and business attraction/retention activities. Responsible for complex economic development duties related to the implementation of the City’s Comprehensive Plan, Downtown Master Plan and Economic Development Strategy.

RFP – Redevelopment of Property – City of Reynoldsburg

The City of Reynoldsburg is seeking proposals for the redevelopment of two city-owned sites totaling approximately 2.25 combined acres.

The first site includes the former PNC Bank site located at 7221 E. Main St and adjacent property directly to the south.
The second site consists of the former Moyer Autoshop – now demolished – at 7277 E. Main St. and 1415 Water Street – formerly office and commercial garage space, but now demolished.

Development Program Coordinator – Butler County

Prepares and assists local jurisdictions with Enterprise Zone Agreements, from inception to adoption, including review of applications, interprets and reviews compliance with all applicable rules, regulations and existing policies, tracks and monitors agreements; prepares reports and serves as support staff for tax incentive review council and submits all filings with the state relating to council; assists state and local jurisdictions with various economic incentives and financing programs; and attends site visits and makes recommendations for potential economic development opportunities upon request.

Fairfield County Economic Development Strategic Plan RFP

In response to the negative economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Fairfield County Economic and Workforce Development Department and the Fairfield County Regional Planning Commission are seeking proposals from qualified individuals or consulting firms to provide an Economic Development Strategic Plan including an update to the Fairfield County 2018 Comprehensive Land Use Plan. The intent to bid is due by noon on August 22, 2022.
