Hamilton County Office of Innovation and Creativity


HCDC’s mission is to be a driving force behind business development – we build our economy one business at a time.  The Office of Innovation and Creativity is a new initiative funded by Hamilton County, Ohio and directed by HCDC’s Economic Development Office.  The OIC will provide support, directly and through contracted services, to growing technology oriented businesses in Hamilton County.  Its task is to encourage revenue growth and to foster innovation, stability, and job creation among the companies served.

HCDC seeks a leader for the new Office of Innovation and Creativity who is passionate about assisting the growth of innovative businesses.  The OIC Program Leader is a senior position with primary responsibility for launching and directing the OIC.  He or she will aggressively market OIC programs, recruit targeted businesses to participate, coordinate support to those businesses, collaborate with regional economic and business development stakeholders, and monitor, report, and promote key results.

Salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 plus an attractive benefits package, including 401-K and medical/dental health insurance.

Extension Educator, Community Development in Noble County

Extension Educator, Community Development in Noble County to conduct programming for OSU Extension targeted to local needs. An earned Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at the time of hire is required. Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in the field of economic development, public administration, business administration, community planning, community development, applied economics or a related field.
