The Seneca County Collaborative is seeking a Tourism Manager to lead Destination Seneca County and promote the county’s people, places, businesses, and experiences. Reporting to the president and CEO, the manager leads countywide tourism promotion, partner engagement, visitor services, and digital content, and oversees the Seneca County Welcome Center. The role also provides graphic design, photography, and content support to the Collaborative’s other divisions.
Salary: $55,000
Schedule: Full-time, in-person

Qualifications: Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with proficiency in Canva, social media, digital content development, and website content management. A bachelor’s degree and experience in tourism, destination marketing, hospitality, marketing, communications, or a related field are preferred, and equivalent experience will be considered. Photography experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license, regular local travel throughout Seneca County, and evening and weekend availability are required.
