North Central Electric Cooperative: The Key Accounts and Economic Development Specialist will assist in developing and coordinating the Cooperative’s Key Account programs to maximize the opportunities available for mutually successful business relationships.

Deputy Director, Economic Development

As the economic development agents for Pickaway County and its municipalities, The Pickaway County Port Authority (PCPA) and Pickaway Progress Partnership (P3) have three main objectives: promote and market the advantages of locating business in the county; promote a stronger business environment by facilitating retention and expansion efforts of local employers; and deliver a seamless network of economic development services and value-added programs to existing businesses, local government, and prospective companies throughout Pickaway County.

The Deputy Director of Small Business Development is a key leadership role within the City’s administration, responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of the City’s small business development strategy. This position plays a vital role in fostering an environment that supports the growth and success of small businesses within the City, contributing to economic development and the overall well-being of the community.

Manager, Development Division – City of Dayton

The Division Manager of Economic and Community Development oversees the implementation of various city plans and initiatives through the use of both Community Development and Economic Development resources and tools.

Real Estate Coordinator – Regional Growth Partnership

The Real Estate Coordinator will support the work of the RGP Real Estate and Project Management Teams in various aspects including, but not limited to: ensuring site and building data is properly and accurately loaded in the online database ZoomProspector Enterprise (ZPE), assisting with site search responses, supporting the site readiness of various sites through Site Readiness Grants, authentication of sites through SiteOhio, and the development of new sites.
