Request for Proposals: Update to Economic Development Strategy

RFP Summary

The Union County Community Improvement Corporation has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for an updated Economic Development Strategy (EDS) for Union County and Marysville, Ohio. Proposals are due by 4:00 p.m. on July 14, 2025, with a project budget of $100,000. The strategy will build upon previous plans and incorporate regional efforts from One Columbus and JobsOhio, focusing on four key areas: business retention, business attraction, opportunity creation, and civic infrastructure improvement. The scope includes stakeholder engagement, economic analysis, implementation planning, and communication strategies. The selected firm will help guide the county’s growth in key sectors, including mobility, automotive innovation, workforce development, and foreign direct investment.
