OEDA Finances
OEDA’s financial operations are guided by a commitment to transparency, accountability, and sound fiscal management. Established as a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization by IRS determination in 2006, OEDA adheres to all regulatory requirements, including the annual filing of Form 990, which is publicly available for review. Financial oversight is provided by the Finance Committee, chaired by the Treasurer, which ensures alignment with the organization’s mission and strategic goals. The committee oversees the preparation and monitoring of OEDA’s annual budget and reviews fiscal policies to ensure best practices in financial stewardship.
