Innovation Greenway Funds Approved
Uptown Consortium, Inc. (UCI) recently received a state appropriation of $50,000 from S.B. 310, State Capital Budget funds to move forward into the next planning phase for the Innovation Greenway. This multi-acre green space will be integrated into the developments at Martin Luther King Drive and Reading Road with most of the Greenway running through the Node development.
Spectrum Internet® Launches in Village of South Webster and Surrounding Communities
Charter Communications, Inc. today announced that following the completion of its all-digital network upgrade, it has launched Spectrum Internet and the full suite of Spectrum services for more than 2,000 homes and businesses in the Village of South Webster and portions of Bloom Township near Ashley Corner and Scioto Furnace, enabling true broadband speeds there for the first time.

Senate Bill 39, which the Montrose Group has previously highlighted is on its way to Governor DeWine for his signature to officially become law. As we have previously discussed Senate Bill 39 creates a new tax credit in Ohio, to be used in the development of a Transformation Mixed Use Development (TMUD).
