Performs technical duties in support of the County’s local zoning enforcement program; monitors and enforces a variety of applicable regulations related to zoning, land use, nuisance, health and safety, blight and other matters of public concern; and serves as a resource and provides information on County regulations to property owners, residents, businesses, the general public, and other County departments and divisions.
