The Economic Development Division of the Columbus Department of Development seeks qualified candidates for the position of Business Development Specialist. This position will assist in the coordination of economic development incentives and policies related to site redevelopment and real estate development driven public infrastructure projects. Candidates should have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate effectively across a diverse spectrum of public and groups, and an interest in real estate development projects.
