The Lorain Port and Finance Authority (Lorain Port) and the City of Lorain, with the support of Team NEO and JobsOhio, are releasing Request for Proposal (RFP) documents for three waterfront development opportunities. The three properties are all publicly owned by either the Lorain Port or the City of Lorain.

Request For Proposals – WRPA Trumbull Broadband Preliminary Engineering Study

The Western Reserve Port Authority (“Port”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a study to analyze the proposed completion of a fiber optic loop that will provide high-speed broadband service to regional businesses and historically underserved communities to aid in the region’s ongoing equitable economic recovery.

RFP – Project Manager for Appalachian Community Grant Program – Technical Assistance Planning Process

The Harrison County Board of County Commissioners anticipates receiving a State of Ohio Appalachian Community Grant Program (ACGP) Technical Assistance Grant in the next few months. As such, the COUNTY is issuing a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) from qualified
individuals, companies or organizations that provide project management services to assist the COUNTY in the administration of their ACGP planning process. The fee for project management services will be paid with ACGP funds.
