Economic Development Specialist

Administer various economic development programs and multiple projects.  Must be detail-oriented, with strong oral and written communication skills and computer skills.  Knowledge of tax incentive programs essential including enterprise zone and community reinvestment areas.  Provide research on certain contracts including demographics, statistics, maps and reports.  Knowledge of Community Improvement Corporations and experience with CAGIS a plus.  Experience (2-5) years, and Bachelors degree in a related field required.  Valid Ohio driver’s license necessary.  Some travel may be required.  Salary DOQ.
