Director of Public Finance and Controller – Lake Development Authority
The Director of Public Finance and Controller is responsible for the overall financial management of the Lake Development Authority (LDA) and Lake County Executive Airport (airport) including all financial program activities and administration, financial transactions, accounting, reporting, budgeting and controls. This person is a reliable professional with broad knowledge of public finance programs and activities leading to economic growth and development for the Community. This individual also has broad knowledge in accounting and financial management. This position reports directly to the Executive Director.

The City of Middletown City Council will vote to approve an ordinance authorizing a purchase, sale and development agreement with Main Street Community Capital, LLC for the development of a 1.3-billion-dollar riverfront destination entertainment district and theme park on October 21 after a presentation at the October 5 council meeting from Main Street Community Capital, LLC and their development partners.
Putnam County Launches 7th Pre-Apprenticeship Program in NW Ohio
