Main Street Medina Executive Director
Main Street Medina is seeking an Executive Director to join our team committed to making Medina the premier small-town destination in Ohio. The organization is affiliated with both the Main Street America and Heritage Ohio programs and has recently developed a multi-year strategy which will help drive the organization to new heights in the coming years. Main Street Medina has a significant slate of featured events in Medina that highlight our Historic District and our up-and-coming South town area. We are seeking a dynamic leader to take the lead in overseeing the staff and engaging with the Board of Directors, and numerous committees. This position will offer a salary starting at $55,000 annually based on a chosen candidate’s prior non-profit work experience. Ideally, we are seeking a candidate with non-profit experience demonstrating prior leadership, fund development, event planning, and a significant emphasis on engaging with community constituents. Main Street Medina is also very proud to be able to offer a benefits package with contribution to health plan, retirement savings, and paid time off.
