The Fiscal Manager will provide a broad range of fiscal and budgetary support to the Clinton County Port Authority as required. Under the supervision of the Executive Director and Associate Director, the Fiscal Manager will be response for the day-to-day financial operations of the Port Authority in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and standards required by Ohio law.

The Ohio Economic Development Institute (OEDI) has released the updated 2023 Core Course schedule. OEDI will offer its five Core Courses beginning this spring and continuing into late fall. The Core Courses cover foundational topics and teach critical skills for economic development professionals.
PUCO Chair French will present PUCO 101 to relevant state legislative committees. The hearings will be available via live stream on the Ohio Channel, making it easier for OEDA members to get the same information provided to state legislators and policy makers.
While House Bill 3 doesn’t yet contain specific provisions or language, legislators in the Ohio House have already begun debating its intent to authorize an affordable housing tax credit in the state.
