Fiscal Officer – Village of New Concord

The New Concord Fiscal Officer is responsible for the fiscal management and administration of the Village; serves as Clerk of Village Council; manages HR and benefits administration; is responsible for the Village’s public records including records requests and records retention program; and oversees front office staff including the Utility, Mayor’s Court and Income Tax Clerk positions.

Director of Economic Development – City of Delaware, Ohio

Under the direction of the Assistant City Manager, the Economic Development Director is responsible for establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with the existing business community, marketing and promoting the City to attract new businesses, supporting the expansion of existing businesses, and vigorously seeking out new businesses for the City. The position has considerable interface with all departments of the City, City Council, and the development and business community. Position requires regular and reliable attendance.

The Project Coordinator is a member of the project team responsible for project activities and tasks of varying size and complexity. Project coordination can range from administration (maintenance of project documentation, plans, and reports), quantitative analysis, to client interaction. The Project Coordinator will support JobsOhio, JobsOhio Network, and Ohio Department of Development (DOD) on all project management activities through effective collaboration and communication.

Administrator – Village of New Concord

The Village Administrator position requires exceptional leadership, management, and organization skills. The successful candidate will be community-focused, proactive, collaborative, a team player and a team builder. Core responsibilities for this position are defined in ORC 735.273. These include the effective management and improvement of water and wastewater services and of storm and sanitary sewer systems, streets, sidewalks, and public spaces, including municipal facilities, parks and the cemetery.
