Since 2014, TSEP has more than tripled the number of development initiatives (135) and active volunteers (140); and it has more than doubled its public contracts, private financial support, and members. Wood, 39, teaches vocal music and theater at Butler Tech School of the Arts. He moved into a Hamilton apartment because it was close to the school. Yet noticing some empty downtown buildings at the time, he thought when he got more established he might move to a bigger city, like Cincinnati.
