Delaware Welcomes Economic Development Coordinator

The City of Delaware welcomes Cody Hatten as its new Economic Development Coordinator.

Hatten previously served in various capacities with the Lawrence Economic Development Corporation in Lawrence County, Ohio. His positions included Economic Development Specialist and Director of the Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Loan Programs to Help Minority- and Women-Owned Businesses

Two new loan programs have launched to help minority- and women-owned businesses grow and boost the Ohio economy.

The new Women’s Business Enterprise Loan Program and Ohio Micro-Loan Program were both priority initiatives of the DeWine-Husted Administration included in the 2022-2023 operating budget.

Executive & Economic Development Director – Crawford Partnership for Education and Economic Development

The Partnership is accepting applications for the full time position of Executive and Economic Development Director. This individual will be employed by the Partnership’s Board of Directors and will report to the Board, while providing regular reports to the Partnership’s Executive Committee. The Executive and Economic Development Director is authorized to execute a broad range of economic development initiatives and is responsible for implementing goals, policies, financial management, and providing leadership and oversight for staff and resources toward the accomplishment of the Partnership’s mission.
