Dr. Nathan Prueter, DDS, Crescendo Announce Progress & Main –New Retail and Office Development Planned for Bellevue
Bellevue, OH (February 7, 2019) – Crescendo Healthcare Realty Advisors (CHRA) is pleased to announce that it has brokered the acquisition of 4.15 acres of land for development on behalf of Dr. Nathan Prueter, DDS at the corner of Progress and Main Street. The site will become the location of Progress & Main, a planned retail and office development anticipated in Fall of 2020.
The project is expected to feature a contemporary office and medical building with prominent signage to Main Street, as well as a 1.34 acre outparcel available for build-to-suit or ground lease. CHRA has been retained to provide leasing services for the development.
“This acquisition paves the way for Progress & Main,” said Crescendo Principal Dan Mayer. “The retail and office space will have a clean, modern design, unmatched visibility and position in the market, and most importantly, it’s going to provide new space opportunities to meet the needs of the local business community.”
For Dr. Prueter, the development will provide a new home for his dental practice, as well as an opportunity to reinvest and support additional growth in the region.
“This community has welcomed me from the minute I acquired my practice in Bellevue,” said Dr. Prueter. “Progress & Main will not only allow my practice to expand into a state-of-the art facility, but it allows other local dental and medical professionals to do the same. I’m very excited about this project.”
City of Bellevue Mayor Kevin Strecker expressed enthusiasm for the project, stating, “I, and the citizens of Bellevue, extend a big ‘Bellevue Strong’ welcome to Dr. Nathan Prueter and the CHRA team.”
Economic Development Director Dave Sabo added, “With a location near the Bellevue Hospital’s new Eagle Crest Health Park, Progress & Main will complement the health care theme which has been developed west of town on Historic U.S. Hwy. 20. This highly-visible location will be in much demand and a great addition for the City of Bellevue.”
