This shared position between Erie County Economic Development Corp. & Norwalk Economic Development Corp. will support entrepreneurs in Erie & Huron Counties through the RISE program (Regional Incubator for Sustainability & Entrepreneurship). The Coordinator will serve as clients primary liaison and work with RISE business advisors to help entrepreneurs meet their goals for their new venture. The Firelands Forward Director leads a workforce development collaborative serving Erie, Huron, & Ottawa Counties. With a small team and committed stakeholders, the Director will design and execute programs and partnerships to attract, retain, and develop talent in north central Ohio. Candidates should have 5 years relevant professional experience in human resources or workforce development. Familiarity with labor market needs and project management necessary.
