Senior Planner – Clark County Community & Economic Development
Review, analyze, prepare, and make recommendations to various Planning Boards and Commissions relative to Community & Economic Development and related regulations. Performs technical duties in support of the County’s local zoning enforcement program; monitors and enforces a variety of applicable regulations related to zoning, land use, nuisance, health and safety, blight and other matters of public concern; and serves as a resource and provides information on County regulations to property owners, residents, businesses, the general public, and other County departments and divisions.

Depending on the company the Project Manager may also be assisting with the site selection search and visit activities related to the project. Economic Development is a complex sale and the Project Manager is a crucial liaison for the company and connecting key decision makers at state, local & business levels to keep deals moving forward.
City of Tiffin launches second Dream Big Tiffin process on Sept. 3
TIFFIN, OHIO – On behalf of the City of Tiffin, the Tiffin-Seneca Economic Partnership is announcing the start of the 2021 Dream Big Tiffin cycle. Citizens and organizations can submit ideas and full project proposals for community development projects online at www.dreambigtiffin.com starting on Friday, Sept. 3, through Friday, Oct. 15, 2021.
New Industrial Building Breaking Ground in Logan-Hocking Commerce Park
LOGAN, OH – Construction on a new speculative industrial building in the Logan-Hocking Commerce Park started this month. The finished building will be 48,000 square feet and can be divided to accommodate up to 8 potential tenants in spaces as small as approximately 6,000 square feet.
Lobbyist Impact State of Ohio Capital Budget Community Project Success
A lot like the state operating budget, the capital budget is passed every 2 years, in the second year of the General Assembly. The capital budget is legislation where the State of Ohio appropriates resources to state owned infrastructure as well as other government purpose projects called community projects. Community projects make up only a small amount of the on-average $2 billion capital budget, but these appropriations generate the biggest focus from the legislature.

Ohio Aviation Association Honors Award Winners and Welcomes New Board Members
The Ohio Aviation Association (OAA) is proud to continue the tradition of honoring those individuals or entities that go above and beyond for airports and aviation in Ohio. At the OAA’s 2021 Annual Conference, held virtually this week, select awards were presented and new board members were welcomed as well.
