Community Lending Officer – Development Finance Authority

Under general direction, the community lending officer will help administer loans through various programs through the Western Reserve Community Fund (WRCF), which is managed by the staff of Development Finance Authority of Summit County. WRCF, a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) provides financing, grants, and technical assistance for the development of small businesses and non-profits with a focus on small business, affordable housing, community facilities, commercial real estate, and minority business development lending, with each loan providing significant community impact.

Transportation Director – Ohio Mid-Eastern Governments Association (OMEGA)

The Ohio Mid-Eastern Governments Association (OMEGA) has an immediate opening for a Transportation Director. A Bachelor’s degree in City & Regional Planning, Geography, Civil Engineering with a focus in transportation, or other related field and a minimum of five years of demonstrated transportation planning experience is required.  Graduate degrees may count towards years of relevant experience.

Economic Development Specialist – HCDC

Administers various economic development programs and multiple projects. Must be detail-oriented, with strong oral and written communication skills and computer skills. Works with multiple communities and businesses throughout Hamilton County. Having knowledge of tax incentive programs including enterprise zone and community reinvestment areas a plus.

Development Assistant – P3 Pickaway County

As the economic development agent for Pickaway County and its municipalities, P3 has three main objectives: promote and market the advantages of locating business in the county; promote a stronger business environment by facilitating retention and expansion efforts of local employers; and deliver a seamless network of economic development services and value-added programs to existing businesses, local government, and prospective companies throughout Pickaway County.

City Planner – City of Wooster

The City Planner is responsible for all aspects of planning, researching, and analyzing data related to City planning and zoning. This position serves as an administrative liaison to various boards and commissions, and enforces the City’s planning and zoning codes. The position has substantial interface with all the departments of the City, city residents, developers and contractors.
