Mobility Manager – Clinton County Community Action

The primary role of the Mobility Manager is to both enhance and promote regional mobility in the Clinton County service area.  This position will be responsible for mobility management which, under the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) definition, “consists of short-range planning, management activities and projects for improving coordination among public and private transportation service providers with the intent of expanding the availability of services.’  The incumbent is responsible for the coordination of existing transportation services within the region; developing new regional transportation services; and promoting available transportation resources to the region’s residents, businesses and organizations.

This position requires a flexible, team player who will assist faculty, professional staff, & students w/technical assistance, applied research, data compilation/analysis, project administration, oral presentations, & report writing in the area of community & economic development. Position will directly apply knowledge of local & state economic development policies & tools specific to OH.

GIS Technical/Applications Administrator 2 – Summit County

Under general direction/supervision; manages the Geographic Information System computer operation; develop,design and monitor GIS data and maps for assigned projects; utilize surveying and GPS techniques for various projects; monitors system performance and system usage; establish and maintain relationships with collaborating agencies; provide training and instruction to non-technical users on work procedures and work safety; Performs other related duties as required.
