EASE Logistics Revitalizes Landmark Building in Dublin for New Global Headquarters, Creating 140 New Jobs
City of Dublin
Columbus, Ohio— EASE Logistics, a multi-operational supply chain and transportation solutions provider, has announced plans to expand its operations by restoring a local landmark building in Dublin, Ohio, for its new global headquarters. The company will invest more than $25 million for real estate, repairs and sustainability measures, in addition to $7 million in payroll to create 140 full-time jobs across all departments, including sales, account operations, marketing, accounting and IT. EASE Logistics currently has more than 170 full-time employees in Dublin, and this latest investment will nearly double its local workforce.
Located at 6000 Perimeter Drive, the newly renovated headquarters will be known as the EASE Building. The revitalization project will bring the building up to city codes and guidelines, making it sustainable for the future as a global headquarters site as well as a community space. EASE will also be focusing on sustainable practices with this renovation, recycling materials used during construction, installing solar panels and using energy-saving lights.
Founded in Dublin in 2014, the company offers a range of supply chain and transportation solutions that assist in delivering products and goods to customers through its global network. To engage the Dublin community, the building will feature an indoor-outdoor community gathering space where EASE will host events like community meetings, philanthropic events and food truck festivals. EASE Touch-A-Truck on October 9 will be the company’s first outdoor community event. EASE will also dedicate space for a startup incubator that will foster new businesses and promote entrepreneurship in logistics-adjacent industries.
“Watching EASE’s year-over-year growth has been so exciting, and we’re thrilled they’ve selected Dublin for their new global headquarters,” says Director of Economic Development Jennifer Klus. “EASE has been an incredible community partner for Dublin, and their long-term focus on making sure the new building supports their community and fellow business partners speaks highly of their stewardship to the City. This is an exciting venture for all of Dublin.”
“We are excited to continue to grow in Dublin, and our new global headquarters will allow EASE to create additional jobs for the great workforce that’s already in the Columbus Region,” said Peter Coratola, president & CEO at EASE. “Community impact is one of the most important initiatives for EASE, so we look forward to bringing the community inside our building to decorate the halls, install artwork by local artists and creatively highlight our homegrown roots.”
The Columbus Region is a global logistics hub that supports some of the world’s largest brands and top logistics service providers, making it a critical link in industrial and consumer supply chains. The Region’s location gives companies access to more of the U.S. population and employment base than any other major metro area, providing unmatched accessibility. Within a day’s drive, you can reach 151 million people and 42,100 headquarters – that’s 46% of the country’s population base and 48% of headquarter operations.
“The need to move goods quickly, safely and at the right temperature has never been more apparent, and EASE Logistics investment demonstrates Ohio’s leading role in establishing a stronger, more efficient global supply chain,” said J.P. Nauseef, JobsOhio president and CEO. “The company’s decision to establish an expanded headquarters in Dublin will revitalize a vacant building while creating 140 new jobs to support growing demand for EASE Logistics’ customers worldwide.”

This panel discussion will provide insights into developers’ decision-making processes, as well as help direct the focus of local economic developers to those areas in which they can add value in housing discussions.
